1. 약관 동의와 서비스
더리더스 매교역점(브랜드명 Grigent, 이하 “운영자”)이 MofuMile을 제공합니다. 앱을 다운로드하거나 사용하면 본 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의할 수 없다면 앱을 사용하지 마세요. MofuMile은 걸음 수를 가상 사료와 반려친구 성장으로 연결하는 오락·생활 습관 서비스입니다.

2. 건강 및 안전
MofuMile은 의료기기, 의료 조언, 진단 또는 치료 서비스가 아닙니다. 걸음 수는 기기, 권한, 착용 방식과 환경에 따라 부정확하거나 지연될 수 있습니다. 신체 상태에 맞게 이용하고 통증·어지러움 등 이상이 있으면 중단하고 의료 전문가와 상담하세요. 운전 중 또는 주변 안전을 확인하기 어려운 상황에서는 앱을 조작하지 마세요.
3. 사용권과 허용되는 이용
운영자는 사용자가 보유하거나 관리하는 Apple 기기에서 개인적·비상업적 용도로 앱을 사용할 수 있는 제한적이고 비독점적이며 양도 불가능한 사용권을 부여합니다. 관련 법률상 허용되는 경우를 제외하고 앱을 복제, 역설계, 재판매, 자동 조작, 보안 우회 또는 부정한 보상 획득에 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
4. MofuMile Plus와 결제
MofuMile Plus는 Apple App Store를 통한 자동 갱신 없는 일회성 인앱 구매로 제공될 수 있습니다. 실제 가격과 세금은 구매 화면에 표시되며 지역별로 다릅니다. 결제, 환불, 가족 공유 가능 여부와 구매 복원은 Apple의 규칙 및 사용자의 Apple Account에 따릅니다. 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 구매해야 하며, 법률상 보장되는 청약철회·계약취소·환불 등 소비자 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
5. 가상 아이템
사료, 레벨, 배지와 반려친구는 앱 안의 가상 기능이며 현금 가치가 없고 현금·상품·서비스로 교환하거나 다른 사용자에게 양도할 수 없습니다. 사료는 걷기와 업적으로만 제공하며 별도로 판매하지 않습니다. 오류, 부정 사용 또는 데이터 손상을 바로잡기 위해 가상 상태를 합리적으로 조정할 수 있습니다.
6. 사용자 입력
반려친구 이름 등 입력 내용에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 불법적이거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 입력하지 마세요. 입력 내용은 기본적으로 공개되지 않으며, 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서만 처리됩니다.
7. 지식재산권
앱, 웹사이트, 디자인, 코드, 캐릭터 아트, 상표 및 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 본 약관은 명시된 사용권 이외의 소유권을 이전하지 않습니다. Apple 및 Apple 제품명은 각 권리자의 자산입니다.
8. 서비스 변경과 종료
보안, 법적 요구, 기기 호환성 또는 서비스 개선을 위해 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 유료 핵심 기능에 중대한 영향을 주는 경우 합리적인 사전 고지를 위해 노력합니다. 사용자는 언제든 앱을 삭제하고 앱 설정에서 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
9. 보증 부인과 책임 제한
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 운영자는 중단 없는 작동, 특정 운동 결과, 데이터 동기화 시점 또는 걸음 측정의 완전한 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실, 신체 손해, 소비자 보호법상 배제할 수 없는 책임에는 본 제한이 적용되지 않습니다.
10. 준거법과 분쟁
강행 소비자 보호 규정이 달리 정하지 않는 한 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 support@grigent.com을 통해 해결을 시도합니다. 소비자는 거주지 법률이 부여하는 관할과 권리를 그대로 보유합니다.
11. 변경 및 문의
약관을 변경할 경우 새 시행일을 게시하고 중대한 변경은 앱 또는 웹사이트에서 알립니다. 변경 이후 서비스를 계속 사용하면 법률상 허용되는 범위에서 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 문의: support@grigent.com

1. Agreement and service
더리더스 매교역점, operating under the Grigent brand (“we,” “us,” or “the operator”), provides MofuMile. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the app if you do not agree. MofuMile is an entertainment and lifestyle service that turns step counts into virtual food and companion growth.

2. Health and safety
MofuMile is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Step counts may be delayed or inaccurate depending on your device, permissions, carrying method, and surroundings. Exercise within your abilities, stop if you experience pain or dizziness, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. Never operate the app while driving or when doing so would make your surroundings unsafe.
3. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, noncommercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. Except where law permits, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, automate, bypass security, interfere with the service, or fraudulently obtain rewards.
4. MofuMile Plus and payment
MofuMile Plus may be offered as a one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. The purchase screen shows the actual price and taxes, which vary by region. Apple’s rules and your Apple Account govern payment, refunds, purchase restoration, and any Family Sharing availability. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.
5. Virtual items
Food, levels, badges, and companions are virtual app features. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services or transferred to another person. Food is earned only through walking and achievements and is not sold separately. We may reasonably correct virtual state affected by a bug, misuse, or data corruption.
6. User input
You are responsible for companion names and other text you enter. Do not enter unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights. Your input is private by default and is processed only as needed to operate the service.
7. Intellectual property
The app, website, design, code, character art, trademarks, and content belong to us or their lawful owners. These terms do not transfer ownership beyond the limited license stated above. Apple and Apple product names belong to their respective owner.
8. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features for security, legal compliance, device compatibility, or service improvement. We will try to give reasonable advance notice when a change materially affects a paid core feature. You may stop using and delete the app at any time and can delete data from the app’s Settings.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular fitness result, immediate synchronization, or perfectly accurate step measurements. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer protections.
10. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, the laws of the Republic of Korea govern. Please first contact support@grigent.com so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Consumers keep any jurisdiction and rights granted by the law where they live.
11. Changes and contact
We will post a new effective date when these terms change and notify you in the app or on the website of material changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Contact: support@grigent.com

2. 健康と安全
MofuMileは医療機器ではなく、医療上の助言、診断、治療を提供しません。歩数はデバイス、権限、携帯方法、環境によって遅延または不正確になる場合があります。体調に合わせて運動し、痛みやめまいがあれば中止し、必要に応じて専門家に相談してください。運転中や周囲の安全を確認できない状況では操作しないでください。
3. ライセンスと利用条件
ユーザーが所有または管理するAppleデバイスで、個人的・非商業的に使用する限定的、非独占的、譲渡不能のライセンスを付与します。法令で認められる場合を除き、複製、リバースエンジニアリング、再販売、自動操作、セキュリティ回避、妨害、不正な報酬取得は禁止します。
4. MofuMile Plusと支払い
MofuMile PlusはApple App Storeを通じた自動更新のない買い切り型アプリ内購入として提供される場合があります。実際の価格と税金は購入画面に表示され、地域により異なります。支払い、返金、購入復元、ファミリー共有の可否はAppleの規則とApple Accountに従います。未成年者は保護者または法定代理人の同意を得て購入してください。法令上放棄できない取消し、返金その他の消費者の権利は制限されません。
5. 仮想アイテム
フード、レベル、バッジ、ペットはアプリ内の仮想機能で、換金価値はなく、現金・商品・サービスへの交換や他人への譲渡はできません。フードは歩行と実績でのみ獲得でき、別途販売しません。不具合、不正利用、データ破損を修正するため、合理的に仮想状態を調整する場合があります。
6. ユーザー入力
ペット名など入力した内容に責任を負います。違法または第三者の権利を侵害する内容を入力しないでください。入力内容は原則として公開されず、サービス提供に必要な範囲でのみ処理されます。
7. 知的財産
アプリ、ウェブサイト、デザイン、コード、キャラクターアート、商標、コンテンツの権利は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約は上記ライセンスを超える所有権を移転しません。AppleおよびApple製品名は各権利者に帰属します。
8. 変更と終了
安全、法令遵守、デバイス互換性、サービス改善のため機能を変更または終了する場合があります。有料の主要機能に重大な影響がある場合、合理的な事前通知に努めます。いつでもアプリを削除し、設定からデータを削除できます。
9. 免責と責任制限
法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。中断のない動作、特定の運動結果、即時同期、完全に正確な歩数を保証しません。故意・重過失、身体損害、強行的な消費者保護など法的に除外できない責任には本制限は適用されません。
10. 準拠法と紛争
強行的な消費者法が別途定める場合を除き、大韓民国法に準拠します。まずsupport@grigent.comへ連絡し、非公式な解決を試みてください。消費者は居住地法が認める管轄と権利を保持します。
11. 変更と問い合わせ
規約変更時は新しい施行日を掲載し、重要な変更はアプリまたはウェブサイトで通知します。変更後の継続利用は、法令で認められる範囲で変更規約への同意となります。連絡先：support@grigent.com
