iPhone 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 모션 및 피트니스에서 MofuMile 접근을 켜주세요. 앱을 다시 열고 산책 화면에서 아래로 당겨 새로고침할 수도 있습니다.
앱을 다시 설치하면 가족이 돌아오나요?
같은 Apple Account로 iCloud에 로그인되어 있으면 반려가족, 레벨, 사료, 업적이 복원됩니다. 정확한 과거 걸음 기록은 개인정보 보호를 위해 iCloud에 저장하지 않습니다.
구매를 복원하고 싶어요.
앱 설정 또는 플러스 화면에서 “구매 복원”을 누르세요. 최초 구매에 사용한 Apple Account가 필요합니다.
모든 데이터를 지우고 싶어요.
앱 설정 → 모든 데이터 삭제에서 기기와 개인 iCloud의 게임 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이 작업은 취소할 수 없습니다.

Frequently asked questions
My steps are not increasing.
Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness and allow MofuMile. Reopen the app and pull down on the Walk screen to refresh.
Will my family return after reinstalling?
If you are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account, companions, levels, food, and achievements are restored. Exact historical step records are not placed in iCloud for privacy.
How do I restore a purchase?
Choose “Restore Purchases” in Settings or on the Plus screen. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
How do I delete everything?
Choose Settings → Delete All Data to remove game data from the device and your private iCloud store. This cannot be undone.

同じApple AccountでiCloudにサインインしていれば、ペット、レベル、フード、実績が復元されます。正確な過去の歩数履歴はプライバシー保護のためiCloudに保存しません。
購入を復元するには？
設定またはプラス画面で「購入を復元」を選び、最初の購入に使用したApple Accountを使ってください。
すべてのデータを削除するには？
設定 → すべてのデータを削除から、デバイスと個人iCloudのゲームデータを削除できます。元に戻すことはできません。
